Nope. The German version will be released September 2nd, 2010. You'll have to wait for the English version, though; probably only a couple of weeks.

Amazon lists a ship date of Sept 20 for the US. I would imagine Steam and other sites will let you download it then. I will be on the road and unfortunately can't rely on getting a fast enough connection, or I might have pre-ordered that way. Some talk on this site has mentioned an imminent patch upgrade to the basic game already, changing and adding a number of features.
