Ich würde eher auf den Patch tippen, auch wenn du das Spiel noch einmal ohne Patch installiert hast. Gerade die Sache mit dem Piratenholk deutet darauf hin, gerade weil du das Problem in zwei verschiedenen Spielen hattest.

Ich spiele die CD-Version, hat noch jemand die GOG-Version und kann da helfen?

Als P4 in Arbeit war, wurde hier viel gefragt und von uns Spielern viel angeregt; viele wirklich gute Dinge. P4 hätte ein tolles Spiel werden können. Was ist es geworden? Irgendwas Leichtes für den Mainstream. Und so etwas brauche ich nicht nochmal.

Sollten die sinnvollen P4-Elemente mit einigen nicht berücksichtigten und dem guten Grundgerüst von P2 vereinigt werden, würde ich mich freuen.

Ein Remake wir bei Gothic 1 macht bei einer WiSim ja eigentlich keinen Sinn. Die Spielmechanik ist ja wirklich gut - immer noch, wie ich finde.

das sollte weder am Startdatum noch an der Anzahl deiner Schiffe liegen. Das sind ja noch nicht so viele. Einige Tausend Schiffe verkraftet das Spiel wohl. Als der Major of Smyrna sein gassenloses Bauen hier bekanntgab, hatte der 6.800 Schiffe (korrigiert mich, falls das nicht stimmt).

Es gibt Obergrenzen bei den Häusern und Betrieben in den Städten. Bitte mal im Handbuch schauen, habe grad keine Zeit. Ein Überschreiten verträgt P2 nicht. Könnte eine Ursache sein.

Und das ist ein Standardspiel, keine Kampagne, richtig?

Ich bin kein WIN-Experte, gegoogelt wird mir zum Beispiel dieser Beitrag bei Giga angezeigt.

Ich selbst habe die Grafikeinstellungen auf 800x600 bzw. bei 1024x768 auf meinen beiden Rechnern. Kann da vielleicht jemand anders nochmal helfen?

Hast du den Grafiktest durchlaufen lassen?

Ist dein DirektX auf dem aktuellsten Stand?

Und lies bitte auch mal dies hier.

Unter Win10 hat das bei mir nicht geklappt. Seit kurzem startet P2 auch nicht mehr. Nach dem Video schafft es das Programm nicht ins Hauptmenü; der Screen bleibt schwarz und alle anderen Fenster (Explorer, Taskmanager, ...) sind nicht wählbar bzw. von dem Schwarzen überdeckt. Da bleibt nur der Neustart. "/nointro" hilft hier zwar, behebt aber das Problem nicht. Vielleicht hängt das alles zusammen.

Bei meinem alten Vista-Rechner konnte ich heute die Daten endlich auslesen. P2 und das Tool kamen hier von einer externen Platte, weil dieser PC kein zweites eingerichtetes LW hat. Die Platte habe ich vom Win10-PC auch gestartet, hier geht es aber nicht.

Createsave hatte ich übrigens gleich ausprobiert, hab da aber das gleiche Problem wie beim Auslesen. Beim Versucht, den Befehl zu starten, lande ich immer auf dem Desktop mit der Meldung, ich solle aus P2 heraus starten.

Edit: Gestern habe ich die externe Platte an den Win10-PC angesteckt und das Prozedere wie oben durchgespielt. P2 lief prima, kein Absturz, Abbrechen des Intros war möglich. Aber das Tool war nicht ausführbar. "Datenauswahl" anwählen war möglich, der folgende Datenstart mit Strg+WIN+S nicht - da wurde stets P2 geschlossen und ich war auf dem Desktop. Habs mehrfach versucht.

Bekommt man bei "Creatsave" eine Rückmeldung? Eine Fehlermeldung hatte ich nicht, glaube ich.

Die anderen beiden habe ich noch nie probiert. STRG+WIN+A -> Auswahl do=kredit/kneipe -> STRG+WIN+S ist die Reihenfolge?

Ich probiere das nachher.

Und genau das ist mein Problem. Ich fliege aus dem Spiel bei STRG+WIN+S auf den Desktop mit einem Popup von "p2-toolkit.exe" "Skript in P2 starten". Habs eben nochmal mit Createsave voran versucht.

Danke sehr Knoll, ich habs gleich mal ausprobiert. Toolkit und P2 als Admin gestartet, Spielstand geladen und die Punkte wie oben ausgeführt. Beim "Datenstart" durch Strg+WIN+S lande ich immer auf dem Desktop mit der Meldung, ich solle doch die Datei in PII starten. Mache ich ja, aber gut.

Kann ich jedenfalls ausschließen, dass meine Datei kaputt war.

Aber warum das bei euch funzt und bei mir nicht ist mir ein Rätsel...

Edit: Muss ich erst ein Createsave erstellen?

Könnte mir bitte jemand seine - funktionierende - Version des Kalk. hier hereinstellen? Vielleicht ist da ja was kaputt bei mir oder falsch eingestellt... Vielen Dank vorab!
